Check Out List

• The day before leaving drop off all linens and towels to the laundry. I use Lavandaria Splash (https://goo.gl/maps/vKpzEkjUtrDzmLYU9)

• Clean Dishes

• Clean sink

• Clean sink strainer by removing it and cleaning the top and bottom as well as drain

• Use spray cleaner and clean the counter tops and stove

• Remove any food from refrigerator that will not keep

• Remove any food at all from kitchen that can not be stored in the refrigerator (this includes dry goods etc.)

• Place any dirty or wet laundry on the clothes dryer rack

• Place clothes dryer rack inside the kitchen near rear sliding glass doors

• Fully lock both doors to inner courtyard

• Ensure living room windows are locked

• Ensure back sliding door is locked

• Ensure bedroom sliding door and security door is locked

• Sweep kitchen floor

• Place white sheets on the couch in the living room

• Tidy up bathrooms. Ensure that there is no standing water on any horizontal surfaces

• Ensure bathroom windows are cracked open

• Take out all trash and place at the South end of the alley. There is a sidewalk to the left, near a telephone pole where people put trash

• Take dirty linens off the bed and place them in the hamper

• Turn off gas

• Empty water from dehumidifier

• Ensure you have your passport

• Ensure you have your boarding pass

• Ensure you have your vaccination cards

• Ensure you have your CBX tickets

• Ensure you have your phone and phone charger

• If lockbox key was used, ensure the key is placed back into the lockbox and it is re-locked

• If keys were used for the upstairs security door or courtyard, return them to their original locations

• Turn off AC units

• Take notes or pictures of any damage
